Native to the sun-drenched and rain-rich regions of Eurasia, the herbaceous plant with its conspicuously aromatic scent also grows in our latitudes. As a wild plant it is mainly found along the Elbe, but it also thrives in home gardens.
Artemisia annua, the annual wormwood, also contains numerous essential oils such as alpha- and beta-pinene, camphor, limonene, eucalyptus oil and menthol, flavonoids and essential fatty acids.
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
