Produktinformationen
Red Panax Ginseng - Far Eastern Superfood
Red Panax Ginseng, also known as Korean ginseng, was once more valuable to people than gold. This is due to the ginsenosides, secondary plant compounds in the ginseng root. Ginsenosides are exceptionally highly concentrated in Korean ginseng and are particularly well absorbed by the body. Our high-dose Red Panax Ginseng extract capsules contain 20% ginsenosides. As in traditional folk medicine, we use the root of the approximately 80 cm tall plant for our Red Panax Ginseng extract.
Genuine ginseng in its original form
Unimedica's Red Panax Ginseng extract capsules contain 240 mg of Red Panax Ginseng extract per capsule. For this, original Korean ginseng C.A. Meyer (true ginseng) in its original form is used.
The natural all‑round tonic for body and mind
Panax ginseng is used to support physical and mental wellbeing. In ancient China, ginseng was prized as a secret remedy for vitality. In fact, Panax ginseng is regarded as an adaptogen and a helpful companion in particularly stressful times.
Alternatives to Red Panax Ginseng extract capsules
Ginseng is offered in various forms: fresh or dried root, sweets, spice, tea, powder, capsules or drink. The medicinal herb Jiaogulan — also called 5‑finger ginseng because of the shape of its leaves — has similar properties to ginseng.
What is special about red Korean ginseng?
Ginseng originates from the mountain ranges of East Asia, but is now cultivated worldwide in various qualities. The ginseng for Unimedica's Red Panax Ginseng extract capsules is grown in the high mountain regions of China. To allow it to develop its full natural potency, it is only used after a maturation period of at least 6 years. Its numerous root constituents then make it a so‑called superfood.
Red Panax Ginseng gets its red colour from a steam treatment before drying for preservation. The dried root is then milled to a powder and offered either in a plant‑based cellulose capsule or in powder form.
Each jar of Unimedica Red Panax Ginseng extract capsules contains 100 capsules. This corresponds to a 1.5-month supply.
