Propolis 40% tincture - from Germany - beekeepers' quality - 50 ml - by Unimedica - special offer
Average rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars
The Unimedica propolis tincture is made from propolis (bee resin). Bees use the resins from various buds and twigs to produce propolis, which they use to build protective barriers. These propolis barriers protect the hive, among other things, from intruders, viruses and bacteria. Propolis is rich in polyphenols, minerals, vitamins and trace elements. In skincare, alcohol-based propolis extracts are commonly used. The Unimedica propolis tincture can be easily dosed and applied to the skin.

Produktinformationen
From busy bees for blossom-soft skin
Propolis tincture cares for the skin with specific natural active substances that bees use to protect themselves and their hive. For use in skin care, a tincture made from propolis extract dissolved in alcohol is commonly used. It can be easily dosed with the pipette and applied to the skin. The pipette is integrated into the bottle's closure cap.
The alcoholic tincture contains 40% apiary-grade propolis extract from Germany.
What exactly is propolis?
Propolis has been valued since ancient times, like other bee products. Bees produce propolis, also called bee glue, from resins of buds and twigs of various trees and herbs. They build actual protective barriers from it. These serve to keep intruders away from the hive and to disinfect returning worker bees as they fly back into the hive. In this way the colonies protect themselves from viruses, bacteria and fungal infestation.
They also seal their hive with it and repair their dwelling with bee glue. Propolis contains polyphenols, numerous minerals and trace elements. The composition varies depending on the location of the hive. It is a pure natural product.
Each bottle contains 50 ml of propolis tincture.
