Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

Our organic bone broth powder is not only excellent as a drinking broth or as a seasoning in soups and sauces. Traditionally, broth has long been served by our ancestors as a general tonic. With its high protein content, iron and potassium, our organic bone broth supports, among other things, bones, muscles and the immune system. It is made from grass‑fed Swedish cattle raised on certified pastures. The bones are traditionally simmered for 36 hours and then gently processed into a fine powder. Produktinformationen

Robust bone broth for enjoyment and strength

Even our ancestors valued the warming, strengthening broth to get back on their feet and stimulate the body’s self-healing powers. Bone broth provides substantial protein and minerals, which are especially important for bones and muscles, as well as for the immune defences. Bone broth is traditionally obtained by long simmering of beef bones. The same applies to our organic bone broth powder from grass-fed Swedish cattle reared on certified pastures.

Traditional production in a 36‑hour cooking process

When bones, cartilage and connective tissue are simmered slowly for a long time, a robust broth with a distinctive flavour and a dense nutrient profile is produced. For this organic bone broth powder, beef bones from certified pasture‑reared, grass‑fed cattle are simmered in the traditional way for 36 hours. The long cooking process transfers natural constituents from the bones and connective tissue into the broth. The broth is then gently dried and processed into a fine powder. This creates a concentrated bone broth powder that dissolves quickly in hot or cold water and serves as a drinking broth or as a base for savoury dishes.

Rich in protein and minerals

With a 95% protein content, our bone broth serves as a valuable source of protein. Proteins are needed for the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and for maintaining bone health. The broth also contains iron and potassium. Potassium is important for muscle function. Iron is involved in numerous processes in the body. It helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, supports the formation of blood, helps keep the immune defences active and helps to keep body and mind functioning.

Alternative sources of protein, iron and potassium

Protein‑rich foods are found across many areas of the diet. These include, for example, meat, fish, eggs, dairy products and plant‑based sources such as legumes. Minerals like iron and potassium also occur in various foods. Iron is found, among other things, in meat, legumes and wholegrain products, while potassium occurs for example in potatoes, vegetables and bananas. Combining different foods provides a broad spectrum of nutrients.

Why organic bone broth powder is a kitchen essential

Our organic bone broth delivers protein, iron and potassium in a concentrated, natural form. It can enhance daily meals with its robust flavour, either as a drink or a seasoning. The easily soluble bone broth powder is also practical on the go, allowing you to quickly fortify and warm up with a hot broth. The exceptional quality of this broth, carefully produced from purely natural ingredients, can be felt and tasted.

From grass‑fed Swedish cattle reared on certified pastures

The cattle for our organic bone broth powder come from Sweden and are grass‑fed and reared on certified pastures.

For all gourmets
This bone broth powder quickly convinced me of its excellent quality and I love it! I had previously steered clear because I want a pure product, without additives and artificial flavours. If the quality is right, you don't need them. I like to use it to cook risotto, as well as lentils, buckwheat, chickpeas, mushrooms and couscous, which turns out very flavoursome. When I prepare my "strength broth" with various vegetables and potatoes, it's the best addition for a delicious meal. Also in tomato sauce — cooked for longer — the pasta becomes a real treat. I cut the avocado into small pieces, then sprinkle a level tablespoon of the finely ground bone broth over it, add pepper, a little salt, mix it all with balsamic vinegar and leave it in the fridge to infuse for 2 hours. It goes wonderfully on toast and gives me that hearty, savoury umami flavour experience. As a natural, nutrient-rich seasoning that also contains minerals and collagen, I can highly recommend it! 😋
