BROX organic beef tallow for cooking is a by‑product of organic beef bone broth. Suitable for frying and deep‑frying, as it can be heated to very high temperatures (up to 235 °C). Creamy texture. High smoke point.
The beef tallow is suitable for broths and stews, for baking, roasting and deep‑frying, for example for Belgian fries. For hearty soups and sauces simply add a teaspoon of beef tallow.
Also suitable for dogs.
