The grapes for the OPC forte capsules from Unimedica are grown in France, harvested and gently extracted there using water extraction. So the valuable ingredients of the high-quality French grapes are largely preserved, especially the OPC. The capsules are made in certified facilities in Germany. This process encapsulates the dried grapeseed extract in a plant-based capsule shell, making dosage and ingestion easier.
What does OPC mean?
Oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC) are secondary plant substances, the so-called flavanols. They belong to the polyphenols. These plant substances protect the plant from strong UV radiation, parasites and extreme climatic conditions.
