Rapunzel chocolate is top quality in the Swiss tradition with premium fair trade ingredients from organic production. Together with the high-quality ingredients, the intensive mixing and smoothing – known as “conching” – is the true secret of this chocolate delicacy. The art of conching reveals the hidden richness of the cocoa step by step until its flavour is fully developed. The result is an absolute delicacy with incomparably tender melting.
Manufacture: the ingredients are mixed together, chopped with rollers, conched, tempered, formed, filled, cooled and packaged.
