Natural sodium bicarbonate
Natural baking soda is - as the name suggests - a natural product that has a noticeably strong effect on neutralising hyperacidity in the body. However, I do not recommend sodium bicarbonate for long-term use, as it disturbs the balance of the other trace elements in the long term. To prevent hyperacidity, I recommend an alkalising diet with plenty of vegetables. However, natural sodium bicarbonate is very helpful as an emergency remedy for severe hyperacidity.

As a deodorant. Mix two tablespoons of coconut oil and one tablespoon of baking soda. Rub a pea-sized amount between your fingers and rub under your armpits after showering and leave to dry.

From my own experience, the first thing I recommend is vitamin D therapy according to Raimund von Helden (book : Gesund werden mit der Natur - available here at Narrayana. Also intestinal reorganisation according to Dirk Schrader. Book also available here. Natron is part of it. Critical vet in HH who always thinks for people as well. Go there and have a quantum analysis done. Then you will get the right information. Good luck!

Recommendation
I personally use a lot of baking soda. Put fruit and vegetables in bicarbonate of soda for 10 minutes before eating. These are then up to 99% free of harmful substances. Just give it a try. Also good for brushing your teeth.
