MOUNTAINDROP® Shilajit is a natural, resin-like substance from the unspoilt slopes of the Altai Mountains.
Shilajit, also known as Mumijo, can be used in various ways. Shilajit is an excellent ingredient for recovery drinks, smoothies and culinary specialities.
In cosmetics, Shilajit is used to produce scrubs, wraps and ointments.
Shilajit is suitable for all skin types.

Recommended intake
Traditionally the product is taken once daily. Dissolve it by stirring into 200 ml of warm water, tea or milk at a temperature of up to 39 °C. Filtered, non‑chlorinated water is recommended. Initial doses should not be larger than a grain of wheat.
The recommended daily dose (0.2 g to 0.6 g) should not be exceeded.
After three weeks of use a one‑week break is recommended.
CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR MOUNTAINDROP
As Mumijo affects blood sugar metabolism, people with diabetes must regularly monitor their blood glucose levels.
Mumijo (or Shilajit) contains phenylalanine and is unsuitable for people with phenylketonuria (PKU).
Not suitable for pregnant women.
