MOUNTAINDROP® Original Shilajit Himalaya is harvested in the Himalaya mountains at an altitude of over 5,000 m. It has a deep black colour, its texture is less sticky than that of the Altai variety, and it also has a milder taste and odour. The Shilajit is supplied in a violet glass container with biophotonic properties, which preserves the resin in its original, pure form!
In cosmetics, Shilajit is used to produce scrubs, wraps and ointments. Shilajit is suitable for all skin types.

Recommended intake
Take one scoop (0.2g) and dissolve completely in water or warm tea, juice, milk or your own power shake. The temperature should not exceed 39 degrees Celcius. You can also take it directly by mouth.
The recommended daily dose (0.2 g to 0.6 g) should not be exceeded.
After three weeks of use, a one-week break is recommended.
CONTRAINDICATIONS OF MOUNTAINDROP
As Mumijo affects the sugar metabolism, diabetics must check their blood sugar levels regularly.
Mumijo (or shilajit) contains phenylalanine and is unsuitable for people with phenylketonuria (PKU).
Not suitable for pregnant women.
