Melatonin 1.5 mg capsules contain the so-called "sleep hormone" melatonin in a convenient dose of 1.5 mg per capsule. The formula is tailored to a mindful evening routine – ideal, for example, when travelling across multiple time zones or to support a restful night. Melatonin is an endogenous hormone produced in the pineal gland from the amino acid L-tryptophan. The process proceeds via the intermediate serotonin. Linked to the natural day–night rhythm: production is promoted by darkness and inhibited by light exposure.

Recommended intake

For falling asleep: Adults: 1 capsule (daily dose) once daily shortly before bedtime with plenty of water.

For relief of jet lag: Adults: 1 capsule on the first day of travel shortly before bedtime and on the first few days after arrival at the destination.

Gentle help for deep sleep
I never believed that melatonin could help me. I'm all the happier that I tried it again after all. My sleep is much deeper and longer than before. Sometimes I still wake up in the middle of the night, then I take another J capsule and fall asleep again!!! I have just reordered for the next 3 months. - I don't take them every night though. Only when I think or feel it would be better. Glad to have found such a natural sleep aid. I have been sooo sleep deprived since my menopause....

I have to be honest, I have no idea if it makes me feel better now, certainly not worse, but it is supposed to be a preventative against all the bad spike proteins in my body and the graphene oxide that is in all the vaccines at the moment and I just feel better in the head with it.
