Recommended intake
Mix 1 tsp powder with a little water to a smooth paste, then froth with 200 ml water or (dairy or plant-based) milk and enjoy immediately.
To prevent lumps forming during preparation, we recommend first mixing the powder with very little water into a thick paste and only then adding the remaining liquid.
