Because I regularly lift weights, but also do a lot of endurance training, over time I got muscle tremors, restless legs, eyelid twitching and muscle cramps, and I often had hypoglycaemia and then had to stop training. I always had the feeling that as an athlete I didn't need any supplements, but over time I simply ran out of energy and couldn't recover properly. As the eye twitching didn't go away either, I went to the doctor, who diagnosed a magnesium deficiency. He also advised me to take potassium because I was also suffering from nausea and the subsequent loss of appetite. I then read that potassium is involved in regulating the pH value, which I find particularly important as hyperacidity is bad for the body. Potassium is also essential for muscle function. This product from Unimedica, with the addition of L-leucine, is just right for me, as leucine is the most important amino acid for muscle building and the formation of new muscle tissue. Conclusion: A trio that complements each other perfectly. I feel like a newborn. I have no more muscle cramps since taking it, I am much more relaxed and my nervousness is gone and I have much more energy! I sleep well again and the contraction and relaxation of my muscles is regulated during training. I'm enjoying exercise again. The eyelid twitching has also disappeared. The best thing is that I can eat with a healthy appetite!

Hello everyone, It took me a long time to realise (without medical help, because I had already been through a long long medical marathon behind me) that my constant pain and unpleasant feelings on my left side and this constant restlessness came from a magnesium and potassium deficiency.
