More exciting than a thriller
I practically devoured this booklet. I had already seen a number of YouTube contributions by Robert Franz about vitamin D3 and vitamin K2, among other things. Today I can say that taking high-dose D3 (40 drops) with K2 (10 drops) together with magnesium for 10 days has cured me. Problem: Over 2 years of permanent fatigue, over 2 years of hair loss. No doctor has helped me with the permanent fatigue and exhaustion. According to the dermatologist, I had Dekristol 20,000 prescribed for the hair loss, and then the hair loss went away. According to my GP, I should take 1 globule of Dekristol 20,000 per week, i.e. 2,857 units per day, and my hair loss remained unchanged (apparently there was a deficit in my memory). The next day, after the first intake of high-dose vitamin D3, K2 with magnesium, my tiredness was blown away. The hair loss was gone after a week. After these 10 days (my stores are full enough) I now take 4,000 i.U. D3 and 8 drops of K2 every day. I take a little more K2, as K2 is also good for a number of other preventative measures. Dosage of vitamin D3 presented in concrete, encouraging terms
Jeff T. Bowles has written a book of his experiences for all those who intend to do more with the D3/K2, which above all encourages, among other things in the area of physical complaints with bone and joint deformations as well as the depressive mood on the basis of the author's experienced healing, to dare to take the next step towards health (_responsibly). I first read about taking vitamin D3 and the necessary supplementation with K2 at Narayana and then ordered D3 and K2 in drop form from Unimedica. Robert Franz's lectures on this subject on YouTube or in his books are also recommended. In the 2000-page two-volume Codex Humanus by Thomas Chrobok you can of course also read about this in detail. I am not yet able to say anything about the long-term effect of D3/K2, but it is working in me. The mood-enhancing effect of the drops is already pleasant. On 31.12.19 I will add here again what my health balance of D3/K2 is, because I still take OPC, among other things, and also pay attention to a high natural intake of vitamin C. To lower blood pressure, g Strophanthin in the mother tincture is my choice. Controlling your life more consciously and thus living it definitely belongs together and requires your own willingness to observe the effects of processes and, above all, to report on developments, which not only seems favourable but simply requires self-discipline. If I want to achieve an all-round improvement, as I have set out to do, then I have to work on my own weak points. I often can't get my arse up, but I can't see that spontaneously...

One of the few books that I have read almost all the way through. Such topics should be compulsory subjects at school. Unfortunately, the lobby is so powerful that it deliberately prevents this!

An absolute must
This book is an absolute must in my opinion. It refutes all the claims that speak against an increased intake of vitamin D3. The author is a doctor and carried out a self-experiment. Very impressive, especially the diseases he was able to cure.
