Herb Bitter
Dwersteg is one of the first companies worldwide to produce fine liqueurs and spirits from organic and fairly traded raw materials. The North German distillery was founded as early as 1882. The liqueurs have already won many awards. For example, the limoncello lemon liqueur was the best new product at Biofach 2012. In 2010 the Dwersteg distillery was named Organic Brand of the Year 2011. The flavour of the liqueurs is intensely aromatic and natural. Our favourite is Dwersteg's egg liqueur. The ginger liqueur is also intense – however, you should start with a smaller measure.
