Folic acid against tiredness
I hadn't thought about folic acid (vitamin B9) because of my anaemia, but concentrated more on iron, which is undoubtedly very important. But it is only since taking these excellent folic acid drops that I feel much more alive and healthy. I had suffered from dizzy spells and ringing in the ears due to my anaemia, which have also reduced dramatically. I recommend taking the drops for at least 4 weeks as a cure to replenish the folic acid reserves. To do this, I would triple the amount of drops (i.e. 12 drops per day) and then continue supplementing with 4 drops per day. The benefit is so great that I keep the vitamin B9.

Folic acid, formerly also known as vitamin B9, must be taken in with food. It is a water-soluble vitamin and plays a role in cell division, for example, and is also required for amino acid metabolism. According to current studies, folic acid deficiency also has an influence on the development of cardiovascular diseases. I actually ordered these drops because my husband has Parkinson's disease and I read that folic acid is also recommended. Surprisingly, after taking 4 drops, we had another success. My husband also suffers from water retention in his feet. Since using the folic acid drops, this has been reduced to a minimum. We are very satisfied.........

I can't say anything about the effect yet. No additives are actually available, but it definitely tastes like water-diluted apple juice to me. That's why I asked for a laboratory quality certificate by e-mail. The answer was: "We are currently in the process of uploading our certificates to our homepage, please follow our homepage". This means that the goods have not yet been checked. I find it untrustworthy and not in keeping with the times to sell such products without proof of quality. I am very unsettled, therefore only 2 stars. Of course I very much hope that my objective evaluation will be published.

I ordered this product as a replacement for folic acid from organic guava leaf extract from another competitor because, as a drop, the product can be taken in low doses as needed. I also find the 400 microgram daily dose inappropriate for undiagnosed deficiency (pregnancy, very high homocysteine levels). In my personal experience, a conservative maximum dose of 200 µg is sufficient in the long term to prevent deficiency or meet requirements, even in cases of enzymatic polymorphism. Folic acid supplementation in cases of concurrent B12 deficiency can even exacerbate existing neurological problems. Therefore, have your folic acid status as well as your B12 and homocysteine levels checked and act accordingly. According to the update of the reference values for folate, the new evaluation of the scientific literature for adolescents and adults results in a recommended dietary intake of 300 µg of folate per day. The Federal Institute for Risk Assessment advises not to exceed 200 µg of folic acid in dietary supplements on a long-term basis in order to avoid excessive total intake. Nevertheless, I find this drop form annoying; I have already knocked the bottle over on the table. The product is also synthetically produced, so I will have to take the drops for months, but after that I will no longer order them and will only purchase the herbal, bioactive folic acid in capsule form again.
