Cookery book suitable for everyday use
I am thrilled! This is a cookery book for life. There is a wealth of useful tips and all the recipes I have tried so far are extremely tasty and very easy to digest. I only had to buy a few extra ingredients. Financially, this was within reasonable limits, which is not usual. What I haven't found yet, however, are fresh jalapenos. I find the production of almond milk and the reuse of leftover almonds to make a delicious hummus ingenious. What also struck me was the extremely sparing use of oil, Megan Gilmore relies predominantly on coconut oil - 1 tsp is usually specified. A clear recommendation from me, and I hope that her second book will soon be available in German translation.
