So simple & delicious too
In the first part of the book there is an excursus on oats as a plant & the marvellous effect they have on the human body when consumed. Then the oat diet is explained in all its variations & there is a beautifully illustrated recipe section at the end of the book. Even if you cannot/do not want to start a strict oat diet straight away, there are many nice suggestions so that you can prepare one or two meals with oats.
