Hilfegard von Bingen was a healer and knew 800 years ago what was good or bad for our bodies. Some conventional doctors are still not up to that level today. It's a shame that she didn't know all the vegetables/fruit varieties.

Simple and delicious
Small, easy-to-read cookery book with delicious things. It can really be integrated into everyday life. I'm not normally a cookery book fan - as 5 out of 10 ingredients usually have to be bought separately first. That's not the case here, which is why it's still in the kitchen and has lots of little notes about what else needs to be cooked. This is a really nice addition and it's good for you. I can highly recommend it. Top***

Unfortunately, the book didn't match my expectations. After reading it, I had the impression that most of the recipes only consisted of spelt and chestnuts. The meat recipes were superfluous for me as I am a vegetarian. It seems as if they wanted to make a coherent concept out of the individual traditions of Hildegard von Bingen. I prefer to stick to my Ayurveda cuisine, which has a well-founded effect and is proven to be good for me. The delivery was very fast even though I live in Hungary.
