Very nice recipes with meat and without gluten
In the book "The Autoimmune Wellbeing Book" by Michelle Hoover, we find good recipes for people with allergies and the whole family. The recipes are all gluten-free, lactose-free, egg-free and dairy-free, no nightshade vegetables (so no tomato sauce), no seeds and no pulses. So essentially it's a paleo diet, slightly adapted. The autoimmune protocol was invented to reduce inflammation in general, so it is suitable for many people, as many diseases are caused by inflammation. The recipes are not only healthy but also delicious and make you feel better quickly. I have tried a few recipes myself and have enjoyed eating them. The teriyaki chicken, the Italian wedding soup and the immune-boosting chicken soup, the chicken liver pâté have also become my favourites for winter. I just wish they didn't taste so good because then I would have had to cook less ;-) and would have had more left over for the next day. The mint chip brownies were great and were completely devoured at a single coffee table. The biscuits were eaten with pleasure by my guests and nobody realised how healthy they are for the gut. (I didn't say that, of course). I'm glad I found something that everyone likes.

Nutrition for allergies
Autoimmune diseases are the epidemic of the 21st century. 5-8 million Germans are affected and there is no cure, only relief. The author has an extensive list of foods that can be eaten in all cases. After a period of 30 days, the sufferer is allowed to gradually introduce new foods, which can be tested for 3 days. There is a professional photo for almost every recipe in the book. What appealed to me about the book is that it contains many basic recipes that can be customised. The diet is mainly based on healthy fats and vegetables, i.e. a healthy wholefood diet. Personally, there are too many meat recipes in the book. I would like to try cauliflower as rice. Conclusion: Basic information on a healthy diet for autoimmune diseases

Versatile
The cookbook offers many interesting recipes for an allergen-free diet, some with ingredients that are not normally used, but which enrich the flavour and increase the joy of experimentation. A great addition to the "autoimmune kitchen".
