I am completely convinced by the powder. I can only recommend it. I am glad that it is available in 200g tins. I would have liked to have bought it in an even larger tin.....

Baking powder

I use it to mix baking powder with baking soda, silica, cornflour and tartaric acid. I have no comparison, but it works great in this mixture. I'll order it again - price and dispatch ok :-)
