Try this oil, which has been traditionally used in Russia for centuries. Oil has long been produced from the cedar nuts; it is a pale amber colour and has a pleasant nutty flavour. In terms of taste, cedar nut oil can easily rival the finest varieties of olive and almond oils. Therefore this ecologically pure product is indispensable in gourmet cuisine. Naturally, the oil is produced by cold pressing. Heating is not good for the oil, so it should only be used for cold or mildly warm dishes.
