Ashwagandha Organic Golden Milk - Turmeric Latte
I am still one hundred per cent satisfied with this company. These two products, as well as the previous ones, have done me a lot of good in combination. I have more energy. After three days of drinking and a small spoonful of Ashwagandha, my thoughts have improved. How can I say that the relapses in the past have greatly diminished? The description is not enough, but that's all I can explain in writing. The results of the products have worked for me. I recommend you to try them.

I prepared the first latte with a generous amount of powder (golden milk) and that was definitely too much. I will definitely reduce the 2 tsp/portion next time, otherwise the flavour is too intense and bitter. I used milk instead of water, which makes the flavour fuller and rounder. Almond milk could also work well, but I have yet to try it. Combined with the honey, however, it makes a delicious evening drink before going to sleep.

Very tasty
The ashwagandha honey tastes very delicious, I am delighted. I love drinking golden milk, especially in the cold season, cosily in the evening. With this golden milk powder, I can't taste much of the cinnamon and ginger. 1 teaspoon per cup is enough, 2 teaspoons were too strong in terms of turmeric. Otherwise, this is also a good product and, as I said, a matter of taste. I put more cinnamon in the powder and add ginger and a little honey. That makes the powder delicious for me.
