Vegan und toll
The recipes are great and taste excellent. However, you should know that everything is prepared almost exclusively raw. Ben Urbanke is a total vegan hardliner. But it tastes really good and goes very quickly!

Very well done all round and highly recommended!
I quickly became enthusiastic about the book. It not only contains good vegan recipes for athletes (including nutritional values), but also information on all areas that are important for an endurance athlete. The book is rounded off with interesting personal experience reports. I have all the well-known books on vegan sports nutrition on my bookshelf. Most of them are translated from English, which is why the content cannot always be adopted 1:1. With "be faster go vegan" - you can get started right away. Perfect for beginners but also for athletes who want to try out a different approach to sports nutrition. Currently in 1st place for me!
