Organic rosehip powder from Unimedica is a raw powder made from organically grown rosehips with a naturally high vitamin C content. The rosehip powder is also rich in dietary fibre. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to normal energy metabolism. But it has many other roles in the body, such as supporting the absorption and utilisation of other nutrients, for example iron.
Rosehips are the accessory fruits of various rose species. The skins contain valuable constituents such as vitamin C, which also gives them their tart flavour. The organic rosehip powder can be mixed into drinks, desserts and muesli for consumption.
What rosehip powder does for wellbeing
The natural vitamin C in the organic rosehip powder supports the immune system and energy supply and also normal collagen formation.
