The contents of Unimedica's vegan organic barley grass capsules are made from young barley grass shoots. These are the young shoots of barley in the first weeks and months after germination. They are harvested before the stems develop. At this stage they contain the highest levels of nutrients.

Our capsules are made from barley grass grown organically in Germany. Barley is a sweet grass, alkaline and gluten‑free. The barley grass is harvested a few weeks after germination, gently dried at low temperature and finely milled into barley grass powder. Encased in a plant‑based cellulose capsule shell, Unimedica's organic barley grass capsules are pure nature.
