A case demonstrates the connection between family destiny, stress disorder, and miasmatic prescription: a review of 30 years of practice.

The detailed case history in this article shows the importance of various etiological factors that, when viewed in terms of miasmatic theory, can be used to understand the course of the patient’s illness and so identify the remedy. Hahnemann’s psora theory has taught us to look at the entire biography, including previous illness, stress, and trauma: it can be seen as the predecessor of the modern understanding of trauma.
