With a team of 200 employees, over 10,000 products and a dispatch that ships up to 8,000 parcels worldwide daily, we set standards. Our portfolio includes our successful own brand Unimedica with over 400 products in the categories of food supplements, foods and natural cosmetics, an online natural food range as well as 700 own book titles in the field of naturopathy. Currently we operate in 79585 Steinen, from April 2026 you will find us at the modern site in 79424 Auggen, only 22 minutes by train from Freiburg (400 m to the station).

Your responsibilities at Unimedica

Quality control: You monitor the quality of delivered goods and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Label checks: You regularly check the labels of existing products to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
New products: You support the preparation of new products, including label checks in compliance with legal requirements.
Shop updates: You keep an eye on the products in the shop and update the relevant information as needed.
Management of laboratory analyses: You coordinate the commissioning of laboratory analyses and subsequently evaluate the findings.
Complaint handling: You process customer enquiries and complaints.
Specification management: You review raw material specifications and create finished product specifications.

What you bring

Experience: You have initial experience in quality assurance of foods, ideally in the area of food supplements or comparable industries.
Technical know-how: Ideally, you have training as a food technology specialist or a comparable qualification.
Passion for health: You are enthusiastic about food supplements and the values of naturopathy.
A love of high-quality foods: The quality of foods is important to you.
Sense of order: You work solution-oriented, in a structured and conscientious manner.
A driven personality: Independence, reliability and team spirit characterise you.
Language and IT talent: Good IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office suite) are a given; English skills are a bonus.
