Don't you find it annoying when you want to stretch a rubber band and discover it has no elasticity left? Because you can't hold anything together with a stretched-out rubber band. The opposite is also unfortunate: a rubber band becomes useless as soon as it snaps when stretched.
It's the same with our bodies!
We humans are like rubber bands and must be stretchable to just the right degree. If we're too stretchy, it becomes problematic, and if we're too stiff, that's also troublesome.
We can throw away rubber bands.
Fortunately, it's different for us humans (and animals). We have a cell salt that addresses the elasticity factor very well: Calc fluor.
Is your skin too stretchy and becoming flaccid? Calc fluor provides relief. Is your tissue too brittle, causing nails, skin and hair to become fragile? Calc fluor helps here too.
It is an excellent remedy for pregnant women and new mothers. When it comes to stretch marks (during pregnancy or otherwise), one immediately thinks of Calc fluor.
Consider this:
You become pregnant and your breasts swell. After breastfeeding they become smaller again.
Then you become pregnant again… the breasts swell… they become smaller again… and so on, until eventually they have no firmness left at all. If you have children you might sometimes look in the mirror and think your breasts would be better off in National Geographic than on your body!
Calc fluor is usually taken twice daily until the complaints improve. Calc fluor D12 has proven particularly effective, but Calc fluor D6 usually works just as well.
The nice thing about this cell salt is that it is suitable for both ends of the spectrum, so it's also for people who have both—being too elastic in some areas and lacking flexibility in others.
Isn't that just great?
Calc fluor is also indicated for lax joints that dislocate easily. I can tell a personal story about that, though I'm a little embarrassed. (I hope you won't tell anyone.)
At the time I wanted to put a jumper on my little son—he was about fourteen months old—and I pulled his right arm through the sleeve. Very carefully, of course, as always! I didn't pull hard, but suddenly my son began to scream—and how. He was obviously in great pain.
My husband ran into the room, saw that our son had dislocated his shoulder and was fortunately able to put it back. Everything was fine.
Eight months later I tripped and unfortunately fell on my son—right on his right shoulder. The arm popped out of the joint again, but this time I was able to put his arm back myself. After this incident it was clear to me that something wasn't right and I had to do something.
You can guess: Calc fluor helped.
And how! My son is now 30 years old and very athletic. He trains regularly and has no more problems with his shoulder. (Of course I no longer help him get dressed, maybe that's why!)
If you are dealing with elasticity—whether too much or too little—think of Calc fluor. It is a wonderfully flexible remedy; I hope you'll forgive the pun.
Pass it on, it will also help your family and friends!
