Strong enough for a woman: the ultimate remedy for us

News

This week I am dedicating my post to one of the finest remedies in our Materia Medica. I choose this remedy deliberately because it not only treats a whole range of women's ailments, but above all can restore strength to the mothers among us. What is this miracle remedy, you may be wondering?

Sepia.

I regard Sepia as one of the most valuable remedies for all women, being—as I have already mentioned—particularly helpful for physical and emotional problems associated with motherhood, for example when one feels overwhelmed or exhausted by raising children.

Furthermore, Sepia has a well-deserved reputation for successfully addressing various women-specific complaints at every stage of a woman's life.

Let's begin with synthetic hormones, which are among the most unnecessary and dangerous drugs forced upon our sex. There is, for example, the depot injection, whose side effects are often swept under the carpet by the industry.

Sepia can also help a woman transition gently into the menopause without taking bioidentical hormones. Sepia C200 helps with menstruation, fatigue and vaginal pain, as I explain here. More on dosing and potentisation can be found here.

Sepia for Candida infections

Then there are vaginal yeast infections. Most women (of any age) have already encountered these widespread yeasts and have suffered at least once in their lives from this pesky, unpleasant and sometimes unbearably itchy condition.

Candida infections occur fairly frequently and can be caused, among other things, by taking antibiotics, certain bacteria in the vaginal flora, the contraceptive pill, or even by certain commercial soaps and perfumed feminine hygiene products.

But don't worry! Women who are prone to these recurrent infections can rely on Sepia C30, as I already discuss in my blog post Candida albicans infections.

Please note that Sepia may be indicated here but may not be the best choice for many of you. Other remedies should also be considered.

In addition, Sepia is an effective remedy for headaches, especially when they are hormonally induced. I am forever grateful to the Banerjis for revealing their treatment protocol for Sepia C200 for headaches. I find that frequent or chronic headaches often improve greatly and can disappear completely, provided the remedy is used appropriately and correctly dosed.

Here is a brief list of indications for Sepia:

  • Mothers who feel overwhelmed by their duties
  • Exhaustion in mothers
  • Certain types of yeast infections
  • Certain types of headache
  • Menstrual complaints
  • Vaginal pain
  • Loss of libido (yes, even that!)
  • Uterine prolapse
  • Problems caused by taking synthetic hormones
  • Menopausal symptoms

Do you see what I mean?

No matter what stage of life you are at as a woman—Sepia will look after you. That is why it is so important that every woman has this remedy in her home medicine cabinet and knows when it can be used. You never know exactly when that time will come, but you always realise how much you want to have it on hand when you need it.

Homeopathy helps—spread the word!

Warmly,

Yours
