Savory Muffins with Whole Egg Powder

Savory Muffins with Whole Egg Powder

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Baking time: 20 minutes

Total time: 30 minutes

Servings: 3 servings

1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Lightly grease the muffin tin or line with paper cases.

2. Mix 150 g whole egg powder with 450 ml water and stir well until smooth. Add the diced bacon, onions, red pepper, salt, pepper and garlic powder to the whole egg powder mixture.

3. Finally fold in the grated cheddar cheese and stir gently. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cases and bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes.
