Shall I tell you something cool? Did you know that you humans can help us with homeopathy? Among you humans even a puppy can learn how to give homeopathic pellets. If I'm not mistaken, you call your puppies children or teenagers.
My owner thinks it's very good for young people to see that they can help their pet with homeopathy. It doesn't matter whether they have a dog, a cat or a goat. (If you ask me: I disagree!)
Worms are a nuisance
I want to give you an example here, although I'm a little embarrassed and I don't like to talk about it. You humans always start laughing when we dogs slide along the floor on our bottoms. But sometimes it itches down there and what on earth are we supposed to do otherwise?
My owner says these 'symptoms' are great. Because this way children or teenagers can learn to observe their pets and understand what our behaviour means. And thus find the right little pellets for us.
I won't go into detail now; that would be too much. Besides, I was just distracted by a squirrel outside the window — I have to set priorities too!
But if it itches on the bum, it might be that we have worms. I think that's not that uncommon. It sounds disgusting, but it's not dangerous. My owner still wants to tell you what you can do about it.
Homeopathic deworming
Of course there are various homeopathic remedies you can give against worms, but my owner says it's best to try Cina mother tincture first. It's available at the pharmacy. My owner gives a few drops daily until the symptoms disappear. Then you stop. You should also stop giving the drops if the problem worsens or doesn't change. You know — homeopathy is real medicine too.
Children and homeopathy
If you're not sure, you can ask an adult to help you. Under supervision you'll quickly learn how to help your pets homeopathically.
I've noticed that you spend a lot of time teaching your pets how to sit and lie down and to fetch things. You children surely learn a lot from your parents. Can you fetch as well as we can?
Wouldn't it be great if you children also knew how to care for your pets? The thought makes me so excited that I'll spin round in circles.
