This book has accompanied me on my travels for decades and also provides valuable services at home. I have now equipped my 3 grown-up children with an extensive homeopathic emergency first-aid kit, given them each this book and explained its special features. This book is highly recommended!

A great book for on the go...

The book is written in a simple and understandable way. Nevertheless, it describes in detail how you can effectively treat yourself in the event of a pulled muscle, wound treatment, fractures, insomnia, etc. It should not be missing when travelling or at home and a homeopathic pharmacy should be compiled in advance.
