Manufacturer's note:

Due to its antimicrobial properties, zinc acts as a disinfectant and anti-inflammatory agent and dries out weeping, grazed and damaged areas of skin. In the nappy area for babies as well as for spots and pustules during puberty, Zinc Ointment No. 30 can help to noticeably improve the appearance of the skin.

The Lacto-Intensive active complex additionally has a normalising effect; organic sunflower oil, organic jojoba oil and organic beeswax make the skin more supple.

I'm currently looking for a good zinc ointment. I googled it and this one just popped up here. I then looked at the list of ingredients and was shocked. First of all, I know that a good zinc ointment doesn't need many ingredients. As long as they sound good, there's nothing wrong with that, but I'm out when it comes to sunflowers. Seed oils are pretty much the worst thing you can do to your body. Too bad.

Helps quickly with soreness
The cream provides quick relief for temporary soreness, e.g. after diarrhoea. It burns briefly when applied to the sore area, but this only lasts for a few seconds. After that, relief comes quickly.
