Wild salmon from the clear waters of Alaska is regarded as one of the most popular fish varieties here. It is low in fat and has a more pronounced flavour than conventional farmed salmon. Our organic mustard‑honey cream should not be confused with sweet mustard. Two percent organic honey from our Bavarian partner producer harmoniously rounds off the vinegary bite of the organic mustard. Try it to see how well the product is received at your next buffet. It is also ideal as a starter or simply as a snack.
Tip: Fontaine wild salmon fillets are also very good served warm. Put the contents into a pan and heat gently. Alternatively, in the microwave: place the contents of the tin in a suitable microwave‑safe dish, cover and heat at 850 W for approx. 2 minutes. Please do not heat the tin in the microwave.
