A really practical tool

We know what it's like when you have to go "behind the bushes" somewhere out in the sticks: You squat down and "do" and that works wonderfully because it is probably the most natural position for us humans for millions of years for this "business". This position is recreated with this toilet and although you are still sitting on your glasses, you squat almost like you would outside in nature, only almost, but the effect is just as good, the bowel movement is quick and very thorough. Of course, you can still squat a little longer to read...

Everyone should have them at home, from small children (you can put your feet down) to senior citizens, everyone will benefit from them. I also thought about it for almost a year because I had no other problems. Now I would never give it away again! Everything is easier. You feel faster, emptied more easily ... stupid tema ... I just want to say, buy, buy and never want to be without it again.

Relaxed elimination without effort

What I have found is that using the squat toilet has a very positive effect on the complete emptying of the bladder. Women with bladder emptying disorders or residual urine problems in particular report subjective relief in the squatting position. In the squatting position, the pelvic floor is more relaxed than in the sitting position. The angle between the bladder, urethra and pelvic floor muscles can apparently become more favourable, allowing the urine stream to flow more freely. This is wonderful when you consider how many women have problems with bladder infections. I also carry out colon hydrotherapy in my practice. After the flushes, patients go to the toilet to excrete any water/ faeces remaining in the bowel. If they use the squat toilet provided, they report that the stool comes "all by itself" without having to push or massage their stomach. Everything is relaxed :-)

Interesting - how easy it is to defecate in the position you assume when using the squatty potty.... I've rarely been out of the toilet so quickly! I can recommend giving it a try. If you have constipation, you probably can't expect it to resolve it - but especially then this loop of muscle is an additional obstacle that makes defecation even more difficult. As I am currently preparing for my 2nd Andreas Moritz liver flush, I have rather soft stools, but it is still an impressive experience because there is basically no interruption during the evacuation. A few seconds and everything is out in one piece ( - ;
