Rinse wakame under cold running water, soak in cold water for 5 minutes and drain. Cook in fresh water for 2 minutes (do not use the soaking water).

Excessive consumption of seaweed may lead to disruption of thyroid function due to its iodine content. The maximum daily intake is therefore approximately 1 g = 1 tsp of dried seaweed. The product must be prepared in accordance with the preparation instructions. The iodine content stated in the nutritional information table refers to the dried seaweed.
