Produktinformationen

Hoping for more
I had hoped for much more from this book as it was described as "different from other running guides". The colour-coded pages are nice, so you can pick up on topics again and don't have to search through the whole book. The small font size is a drawback, as the book is also aimed at senior citizens. The introduction to running for occasional runners with 5 minutes of trotting at a time seems completely unrealistic to me. Trotting is also hardly described. The training plan, which after about 1/4 of the book with a lot of basic information and the hint that you should adapt the training plan to your own abilities, then describes such a long trotting phase as a start, seems like a pour of cold water.
