No fear of sourdough
It provides a lot of interesting information about grains in general and the art of baking bread in particular. The book helps to overcome any reservations about baking with sourdough. Attractively illustrated and with recipes that invite you to try them out, this book offers a good introduction to the wonderful world of sourdough.

So far I've only managed to read it and found it great, I haven't even got round to baking yet, because my son stole the book from me and baked various things in a short space of time. So I had the pleasure of being able to taste them. I really enjoyed it and it tasted great. But now it's time for me to order another copy. I've just done so and I'm looking forward to it.

Crazy about sourdough
Very fast delivery. Great book with very good explanations. I've now managed to read through it, but haven't baked anything yet. You have to take your time and get the ingredients first. I'm already looking forward to trying it out.

Very incomprehensible and poorly translated
Unfortunately, neither my husband nor I really understood the book. The instructions are poorly translated and incomprehensible. There is also a lack of information on temperature and baking time. The baking ingredients are also inadequately described. For example, what is rye flour (type, wholemeal?)? We were disappointed and had expected more for the price of EUR 30.
