Superb book

I am really excited about this beautiful vegetarian cookery book and about the journey through our beautiful Markgräflerland. I have already tried many recipes, such as the potato nut bread, the root bread, the colourful coleslaw, the mushroom sauce with dried tomatoes and the pearl barley soup. Next I try the spreads. All the dishes are a feast for the eyes, taste buds and soul. Thank you very much, Mrs Zumkehr.

Sympathetic cookery book

A beautifully designed cookery book that is a pleasure to leaf through - as likeable as the author. In every recipe you can feel the love of tradition and the creativity with which the originally meat-loving Baden cuisine has been transformed for vegetarian connoisseurs - with lots of cream, butter and eggs. A little too rich for me for every day, but I will certainly cook a dish from time to time. Thank you for this work created with heart and soul!

a very nice book

On the one hand, the book is characterised by the guided tour through the Markgräflerland with its beautiful landscapes and traditions, underlined with wonderful photos, and on the other hand by the great recipes, all of which the author had tried out herself ... the recipes are uncomplicated and easy to cook ... Even though I haven't cooked many of them yet, I was still able to savour the wonderful appetisers that the author provided during the vernissage. Everything was lovingly prepared with great conviction. Thank you for this wonderful, elaborate work. I have recommended it with a clear conscience.
