It could hardly be better
Brendan Brazier's book is not my first book on vegan nutrition. But it is the best one I currently have. I couldn't explain my initial problems with a vegan diet, it was only after a few months that I found out that soya was causing me moderate to severe health problems. In my search for a book without soya, I came across this book. The first part is very informative and gives a great insight into vegan cooking. The information is easy to understand and also suitable for beginners (there is a small shopping list in the book). The recipes I have tried so far are very tasty and invite you to try more. The only drawback is that some of the products cannot be found even in well-stocked organic shops and are a little more expensive. With good planning and other recipes, this little problem can be easily avoided. However, my improved state of health has convinced me to invest more money in my food than in medication and the like. In short: one of the best books currently on the market, for beginners and advanced cooks.

A healthy way to increase performance
The Thrive diet has enabled me to improve my athletic and mental performance in a short space of time. Previously, tendons and ligaments would quickly become noticeable after intensive training. That's finally over now. The continuous increase in strength training in particular is enormous. Muscle building is also visibly faster than ever before. My body now needs half the regeneration time it needed before. My everyday life is more structured, clearer and more energised. I hardly notice any of my previous learning and concentration difficulties. The Thrive diet is a healthy way of improving performance that has a holistic effect. With Vegan in Top Form, I am happy to have found a way into a vegan diet that offers a balanced diet even under constant physical strain. I received this book as a gift from my wife. This book has changed my life like nothing before in my life. In September 2015, I started a vegan diet based on this book. After 3 months, my body was detoxed and my values were better than ever before. I have reduced my weight from 94 kg to 84 kg (height 190 cm) and now have a body fat percentage of less than 10%. I can do more sport than ever before in my life and have an extremely short regeneration phase after exertion. I am 48 years old and feel better than ever before!!! Vegan in Topform
A highly recommended book is this one by @brendanbrazier 💚💚💚💚. So many plant-based, healthy, balanced dishes. Whether for athletes or couch potatoes, young or old. Whether for those curious about plant-based cuisine or old-established. Breakfast 🥞 starters 🍜 , dips, sandwiches 🥪 drinks 🥤 soups, sweets...... everything is represented. Many dishes consist of many ingredients or are a little more elaborate. Nevertheless, I think this book is an absolute success. And after all, you don't have to copy a recipe 1 to 1. For example, burgers 🍔/ patties can be perfectly prepared and frozen in advance. Sauces are easy to prepare. Or you can simply cook together with friends or barbecue together and everyone takes on a part. It's even more fun that way ☺️
