Strange side effect

I am healthy and wanted to take it to combat arm inflammation as I have pain from competitive sports. When I take these capsules I feel stoned for over 10 hours and have taken it once in the evening and once in the morning. in the morning. Unfortunately, I can't use this condition because I feel as I'm dazed and completely chilled. It sounds funny, but it's really extreme and this state comes about 30-60 minutes after taking it.

Constant nausea after taking the OPC

Unfortunately, I can't rate the OPC very highly. My daughters, my husband and I always feel totally nauseous, despite eating something beforehand. I wouldn't buy it again.

How long have you been taking it? In the beginning you may experience such "aggravations" (including headaches). The body begins to detoxify. After 1-2 weeks "getting used to it" it should be over. Unfortunately, many people do not realise this and stop taking OPC. There is also a recommendation not to start with the "full dose" straight away. In this case, it would be advisable to take only 1 capsule a day (in the morning) for the first week and to increase to two capsules from the second week onwards. But then not 2 capsules in the morning, but 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule at midday.

In the beginning yes, but then I messed up my stomach wall with it. extreme stomach pain. my intestines were also not doing well with the intake of MSM and OPC. the body makes you feel that it does not agree with the intake. not everything that is advertised actually helps.

I have been taking MSM for about 1/2 year and am totally thrilled. I had pain in my hip when walking for long periods and after getting up I could only walk with severe pain. Typical start-up pain with osteoarthritis. Now I can walk again without pain. I therefore continue to take MSM twice a day.

I also take MSM every day, once in the morning and once in the evening. You probably do the same. Of course, it also depends on the required dosage. I had to try a little longer. As far as osteoarthritis is concerned, I recommend vitamin D3, K2 and magnesium (if you're not already taking them). D3 is good and important for pretty much everything. K2 improves the effectiveness of D3. Magnesium also supports the effectiveness of D3, and the two together ensure that calcium is better utilised in the body. And this in turn benefits the bones. Incidentally, K2 can prevent arteriosclerosis, but can also dissolve any that may already exist. K2 therefore ensures that calcium can get to where it is needed (teeth, bones...) and does not get stuck somewhere in the blood.

As MSM is effective for about 10 hours, I assume that you take it in the morning and evening! What I also recommend to get fitter. Vitamin D3 (it is involved in at least 300 processes in the body), K2 to support D3. K2 also helps to ensure that calcium is transported to where it is needed in the body - bones, teeth, etc. Last but not least, magnesium. The body needs this daily anyway, as it cannot store it (just like vitamin C). Magnesium and D3 also help to ensure that calcium is better utilised in the body. Osteoarthritis is also known to be caused by a lack of calcium.
