Vegan with a difference

This book explains very well, without being dogmatic, how a vegan diet works. It doesn't always have to be animal protein to be as strong and look like Patrick Baboumian. There are great recipes to try out and the boy is also intelligent and contradicts all preconceptions. (Someone who looks like that can't have a brain!) I think the book is great, it's credible, I've been vegan for a long time and eat accordingly.

This book shows that after a week of fasting and a gradual switch to a completely vegan diet, it is very easy to gain weight again, even at an advanced age. I have never managed to do this before, which is why I stopped fasting. The book is really fun and inspiring. It's also extremely well written. The guy is brilliant. The co-author too, of course.
