Good reference book for practitioners
Very well-structured book with a list of the trigger points of the most important muscles from head to toe including areas of pain radiation in text and graphic form. Also included are notes on osteopathic treatment and an appendix with anatomical images for reference. In the front part, the pictures are rather small and therefore some trigger points are not easily distinguishable from muscles - hence only 4.5 points. The book requires specialised knowledge and is therefore not suitable for laypersons.
