A mighty heavy treasure trove
Yes, what can I say, I am also involved in the production of repertories, but of a much smaller calibre than the Synthesis. It is exciting to read how the Synthesis came about. I am very interested in the history of homeopathy, including the more recent ones. Some have labelled the references for each remedy as superfluous or annoying (reviews from sources other than this publisher). But that is exactly what allows you to do further research. Still others have criticised the nesting of symptoms into ever more detailed Kent-style information. "Too confusing" they said ... but this is precisely one of the strengths of Kent and all newer repertories. You have to be prepared to keep some space free on your bookshelf or desk if you decide in favour of the repertory book form.
