The vitamin K group comprises several compounds with a common structural element. Three of these vitamin K compounds are combined synergistically in this product:
- Vitamin K1, which occurs mainly in leafy green vegetables, algae and vegetable oils.
- MK-4, the most rapidly absorbed form of K2.
- Vitamin K2 MK-7, which has a very long half-life in the body.
The capsules are free from magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
