A bread delicacy made from freshly milled wholegrain rye with sunflower seeds – gently baked.
The sunflower-seed wholegrain bread in the tin is, for food-law reasons, stamped with a shelf life of up to 2 years. However, this type of tinned bread has been shown to remain good for much longer. There are long-term tests in which tinned bread was still in perfect condition after 20 and in some cases even over 30 years.
