Size of the pillules
We would prefer to choose size of the pililules like before. Now they come obly in size No. 3. Our patients are used to have bigger No. 5. Thank you for consideration of having more sizes. We really like the speed of delivery. :-)

Globules size 3
The goods are fine; I simply ordered too many. 500 units filled with 1.2 ml each and there's almost nothing visibly missing. They could probably yield thousands more doses. I give them to my patients at my practice.

Wrong Item received and 10 days no answer
On 22 of April I ordered (and pay) 20 kilograms of nonmedicated pillules. I am a regular client for this item. And usually I have no problems receiving the order. Until 30 of April, when I received my last order. The received goods was completely wrong! I received 4 packages of 10 ml. bottles! But at the same time the document - the delivery note - was correct, it says 20 kilograms of nonmedicated pillules. And from 30 of April until today (12 of May) every day I send my complain to your, dear Narayana Verlag with pictures of received wrong order. I call you 2 times by phone and speak with your employees - no reaction from your side! Please do send me my order and suggest how I could proceed with your 10 ml bottles? Please do check the pictures! I'm running out of patience. Anna Petrova Phd

These globules are exactly the right size. (For animals (dog / cat / horse / cow / etc.) the right dose is simply grasped between two fingers and placed in the mouth so that you can be sure that the medicine has reached the mucous membrane. In case of doubt, this size also makes it possible to see what the animal may spit out again). I have been using this size for years and am very satisfied. CONCLUSION: In comparison with other manufacturers, these globules are VERY GOOD, BOTH IN PRICE AND APPLICATION.
