In terms of flavour, this alcohol-free version of the Italian classic is modelled on the traditional Venetian Spritz. It is made from a blend of dealcoholised white wines, grape must, water and natural flavours. The pale orange colour is characteristic of this sparkling orange Spritz, with notes of exotic fruits, bitter oranges and herbs.
