We are one of the leading online shops for health in Germany. With a team of 200 employees, over 10,000 products and a dispatch operation that ships up to 8,000 parcels worldwide every day, we set standards.

Our portfolio includes our successful own brand Unimedica with over 400 products in the fields of supplements, food and natural cosmetics, an online natural food range as well as 700 of our own book titles in the field of naturopathy. Our goal: to help people live healthy, naturally and consciously.

Currently we are based in 79585 Steinen, from April 2026 you will find us at the modern site in 79424 Auggen, only 22 minutes by train from Freiburg (400 m to the station).

Your responsibilities at Unimedica

 

  • Own the Socials
    You are the creative force behind our social media channels – from strategy and planning to implementation. You develop ideas that drive reach, build trust with the community and make Unimedica vibrant and approachable. You represent a brand that embodies naturalness, transparency and real added value.

  • Content Creation & Storytelling
    You create content that works – from reels, stories and posts to independent campaigns. You recognise trends, implement them purposefully and tell stories that move people and build trust. Your content shows that health can be simple, honest and natural.

  • Community Management 
    You stay close to our community, answer questions, engage in dialogue and build long-term relationships. You know how to encourage interaction and make our brand feel authentic. You value open, appreciative communication that connects and inspires people.

  • Campaigns & Influencer Marketing
    You plan social media campaigns, develop collaborations with influencers and partners, and manage projects that sustainably increase our reach and brand awareness. You work with partners who share our values.

  • Analysis & Reporting
    You keep an overview of all relevant KPIs, derive learnings and use data to continuously optimise content and strategies. Your focus is not only on measurable results but on truly supporting our community.


What you bring

 

  • Solid knowledge in social media management (esp. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

  • Experience in content planning & creation (text, photo, video)

  • A confident sense for brand communication & storytelling

  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools and reporting

  • Organisational strength & an independent way of working

  • Experience in influencer marketing

  • Basic knowledge in performance marketing or ads management

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools
